By downloading, accessing, or using Luxify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Luxify is an AI-powered mobile photo editing application designed to help jewelry sellers improve product imagery. The service may include both free and paid features governed by usage credits.

Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

  • Use Luxify only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or automate against the service.
  • Do not use the app to create or process unlawful or abusive content.

Your Content

You retain rights to the photos you upload. By using Luxify, you give us a limited license to process those images solely to provide the editing services you request.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid access, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are billed through the relevant app store and are governed by that store's billing and refund policies. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your app store account settings.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Luxify at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

Luxify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if operation of the service requires it. You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion from within the app or by contacting support.
